FAQ

There are no minimums, but you should consider to order at least 24 pieces for better pricing.

We provide graphic designing, re-labeling, tagging, bagging,and shipping services. Please refer to Services.

Our turn-around time for silk screening order is 5-7 business days from the final art approval. This is a very firm timeframe as we schedule our presses over a week in advance.

On all orders, we will send you an art proof for your review and approval. The proof will provide you with the size, pantone colors, and the overall location of our print job. You will need to review the proof and mark it for approval. This process will be done via email or fax. The print job will not go into production if we don’t receive your approval.

This will depend on your request. The majority of the time the price of the garment will be included. Shipping charges will be determined based on weight and location. The shipping carrier we use is currently UPS. Once your order has been picked up by UPS, we will provide you with the tracking number.

Although our normal spoilage is insignificant, we do allow for 1%-2% damage. We will credit accounts for any spoilage in excess of one piece or 2%.

All sales are final due to customization of the garments. No refunds, no exchanges.
